Honoring a Legacy, Embracing the Future
“Allison has been an extraordinary steward of Southern Aluminum’s people, brand, and values,” said Chief Brand Officer, Andrew Moffett. “Her impact on our team and community is immeasurable, and we are deeply grateful for her years of service.”
As Southern Aluminum looks to the future, the company is poised for accelerated growth under Dyer’s leadership. He most recently served as CEO of Thomson Plastics, Inc., a leading provider of custom injection molding and assembly solutions across multiple sectors.
Dyer is recognized for implementing Lean and 6S manufacturing systems, elevating customer relationships, and delivering measurable improvements in financial performance and operational excellence. His leadership will focus on expanding innovation efforts, strengthening customer partnerships, operational excellence, and creating new opportunities for employees and the Magnolia community.
“I am thrilled to join Southern Aluminum at such a pivotal moment,” said Dyer. “This is a company with a remarkable foundation—rooted in craftsmanship, innovation, and a deep commitment to its people. I look forward to building on that strength and leading our team into a future defined by growth, advanced capabilities, and continued excellence for our customers.”
Dyer also expressed appreciation for the groundwork laid by Schultz: “Allison’s leadership has positioned Southern Aluminum for long-term success. I’m honored to carry forward that mission with the same pride and purpose that define the company’s heritage.”
Schultz will collaborate with Dyer and Southern Aluminum’s leadership team through a short transition period to ensure a smooth and seamless handoff.
