Southern Aluminum’s next gen rolling display, EVO, provides the next level to F&B execution and service delivery. EVO is modular by design and will seamlessly configure to activate all event types from buffets, coffee breaks and action stations, to beverage and retail displays. Featuring easy-glide casters and a durable top and frame, EVO is built to take the rigor of a busy operation.
